Hi, I’m Chloe Divine Lule, and I’m 20 years old. I’m passionate about making a real impact through digital innovation. I believe in God and my family, and I’m on a journey to become a Digital Technology Business Innovator—guided by my values, caution, and purpose.
My story is one of resilience and determination. I completed Senior Six at St. Julian High School Gayaza in December 2025, where I studied Literature, Divinity, and Fine Art/Computer Science. During my time there, I demonstrated leadership by serving as the Literature Class Coordinator, acting as a link between our teachers and fellow students. Since then, I have been nurturing my small baking enterprise, which offers cakes and cookies to families and the community. I am eager to expand this venture and continue learning in my areas of interest.
Joining Radiant Mind Africa as a Digital Intern has been one of the most exciting milestones in my journey. I was also thrilled to be part of the AKILI NextGen Leadership Program, Africa’s premier incubator for young leaders like me who are in the early stages of discovering their leadership potential and identifying the areas that need our attention today. Being part of RMA has transformed how I see my future. I get to learn from experienced career and leadership coaches, and I love how they emphasize digital technology’s potential to create opportunities. Attending weekly online meetings every Thursday morning has helped me deepen my understanding and boost my confidence.
My goal is to become a leader who uses technology to create employment and empower youth in my community. I lead with clarity, adaptability, and a strong desire to make a positive difference. I truly believe that with a positive mindset, assertiveness, and a willingness to learn, success is possible—even when faced with setbacks.
If I had the power to influence how resources are allocated nationally, I would focus on reducing youth unemployment by expanding skills training and digital entrepreneurship opportunities. I am passionate about innovation and community development, and I want to help my generation thrive and succeed.
