AKILI NextGen Leadership is designed as a reflective and practical leadership development experience that focuses on the inner foundations of leadership, including mindset, emotional awareness, ethical judgment, and intentional action. The program recognises that sustainable leadership begins with understanding oneself before attempting to influence others, and it creates space for participants to explore their personal values, motivations, and leadership identity in a supportive environment.
